Nina Westbrook is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional challenges. As the founder and head clinician of Nebbi, Nina brings a deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, to the design of every tool and experience within the app.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Oprah Daily, ESSENCE, Marie Claire, Goop, and SHAPE, and she has shared her clinical insights on platforms including TED, The Jennifer Hudson Show, and The Tamron Hall Show.
In addition to operating her digital wellness platform, Bene By Nina, Nina serves on the board of the UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital and is a trusted voice in mental wellness education and advocacy. Her approach is rooted in accessibility, compassion, and real-world impact, values that guide every feature within Nebbi.
Through Nebbi, Nina is creating a practical, empowering space for people to check in with their emotions, reset their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves, no matter where they are on their mental wellness journey.
“I created Nebbi for the moments before breakdown, for the quiet emotional weight we carry every day.”
